This project is worth 15 points (weighted twice). In this project, you will identify mirrors and sliding glass doors within your book club book.  Reading is like a mirror when the character’s thoughts, feelings, actions, etc. remind you of yourself. When your own personality or life experiences are reflected back at you, it is like a mirror.  Reading is like a sliding glass door when the reader is transported into a world or situation that they knew very little about. Reading a book that is a sliding glass door can be a very eye-opening experience for the reader. The reader will end the story or book feeling more knowledgeable and informed about a topic they knew little about. This project is due by 9:00 PM on Sunday, June 11th. I cannot accept late work! Presentations will be Monday (June 12th) and Tuesday (June 13th).  If you'd like help with the pacing, please use the suggested deadlines within the slideshow template attached.
