Please revise the following topics and FILL IN the relevant slides on your Revision PowerPoint. This is in the OneNote folder entitled Summer exam 2025.

1. Go back onto Topic 01 Jewish groups to get the information and, on your revision PowerPoint, write a few facts about the Essenes and also the Teachers of the Law to complete this slide that we started last lesson,

2. Go to Topic O2 The Romans: Revise this and write 3 reasons why the Jews did not like the Romans and 2 reasons why the Jews liked the Romans on your revision PowerPoint. 

3. Go to Topic 03: The birth of Jesus. Try to learn what details are found in Matthew's Gospel and what is found in Luke's and summarise this onto your revision PowerPoint in two columns ...Matthew and Luke.

4. If time: Go to Topic 04 John the Baptist and Topic 04a. Using 04a try to learn some key facts about John - what did he wear, what did he eat, where did he do his baptisms etc and write these ideas onto your revision PowerPoint. Then jot down the three reasons why people thought he was a Elijah and why his baptism differed from Jewish practices.
