1) c major scale 2X 2) C major scale playing doubles. small heavy bow. (use your thumb and arm weight to make it heavy)      violin/viola - set on the square spot and use relaxed fingers and forearm.       Cello/Bass - slightly lower then middle, and use just fingers and forearm.  3) Thailand - practice from 32 to 50 top get the speed up and use the bowing practice (and other fast places) 4) Pennywhistle - MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THE FROG AND OFF THE STRING FOR THE 8TH NOTES!!!       Practice those spots in the music that are off the string.
