Here is a checklist to go through. Start at the beginning and work your way through.    Pitch - is it in tune, does your pitch match each other.  Playing together - This includes tempo, watching each other and giving cues to each other. Take a breath together as the upbeat to come in together. Who is going to lead the cue when you start or all come in together. Dynamics - Make sure everyone is heard. Performance - Know your skit. Be sure everyone is clear about what is going on. How does the skit start, how does it end. Does it  start with playing or talking?   Think about the transitions. Maybe someone is talking while the others get ready or someone is playing part of the song, a different song, or just a repeating phrase.   Memorizing - should everyone have their parts memorized?
