You will have received your Latin exam score this morning. Well done to everyone for completing your first ever GHS Latin exam!! You did yourselves proud :) We will not be going through the paper today - we will do this together on Friday.

For today's lesson, please enjoy some Culture and Context activities. The first activity is all about Roman coins, which has a fun word we use to describe the activity of studying coins: NUMISMATICS. Please complete the following:

1. Distribute the green de Romanis textbooks, and read the top paragraph on page 74: 'Men become gods: Quirinus and Julius Caesar'.

2. Navigate to Chapter 3 - Culture and Context - 04. Source 3.4 Augustus and the Julian Star. Complete the sheet, filling in the answers as you work through. You may need to look up certain elements using Google or your preferred search engine to help you.

3. If you finish this sheet, move onto the next task in the Culture and Context folder, 05. Source 3.1 Aeneas and Hector and complete these tasks. If you don't have your textbook, there is a photo of the information you need on the Content Library version of this page.
