This is to help me learn all of your names and a little more about you!  It is only for me to view. You may want to write a draft before recording to make sure you answer all questions! (Or split screen so you can see the questions as you answer them!) Could be anything: get along with friends, being a good artist, etc. 5) Tell me what has helped you succeed in math in previous years (type of teacher, learning style etc). 6) Tell me if you have any outside math (tutor, RSM etc) 7) Describe math in exactly 6 words. 8) OPTIONAL:  a fun fact or anything else you want me to know about you!
