Use the attached template (you only have to use one half of it!) to create a timeline of the 5 most significant events in your life.

1. Choose the 5 most significant events that have happened in your life.

2. Put them in chronological order (the order that they happened).

3. For each event, draw a quick picture in the box and then in the lines underneath it, explain why that event was important.
