Today in class we began our paragraph writing unit.

We explored the "Hamburger" method of writing paragraphs. and we began the first step, which is writing topic sentences.

If you weren't here today:

1. Look at the Hamburger method handout.

2. Brainstorm 3 possible topics that you might be able to write a paragraph about.

3. Write a topic sentence for each one.
