Complete all work on the workspace and put all your final answers into the google form. **Make sure you complete the checklist at the top of the workspace!   Grades: HW grade for showing all work on the workspace and check and x marks once you correct (2pts)  Classwork grade -- 1 point for each question on accuracy (7 point total) You are allowed to use your notes and other resources; you are encouraged to ask for help. You are done when (check off each box as you complete each step): You COMPLETED all problems on this sheet. You SUBMITTED all answers on the Google Forms. You CORRECTED and UPDATED(✓ and ✗ marks) all work in a new color using feedback given. You SUBMITTED THIS DOCUMENT to Google Classroom AFTER correcting.  ONLY IF APPLICABLE: Leave your teacher a comment in Google Classroom if Google Forms marked any of your answers incorrect that should have been correct (example: if you had an extra space in your answer). NOTE: Your teacher will not go back and look at your answers unless you leave them a comment in Classroom. ★Please do not include extra spaces in your answers. Correct format for fractions 5/3 or 1 2/3. Google Forms will mark answers wrong if extra spaces are included. Always follow directions for the format your answers should be written in.
